Bailey Specialty Cranes & Aerials was acquired by Naveen Vinta, a Service-Disabled Veteran of the US Army. Post-acquisition milestones:
  • Expanded into new verticals, including pharmaceutical, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul), food manufacturing, and garbage disposal, focusing on explosion-proof and clean-room equipment.
  • Launched the Solar Trax, a semi-autonomous robot for solar panel installation.
  • Enhanced mini-crane offerings with omni-directional grab steering tailored to the MRO industry's needs.

Bailey and Associates was renamed Bailey Specialty Cranes & Aerials, coinciding with:
  • The invention of pick-and-carry mini cranes, such as the MC10, which gained traction in glass handling and industrial applications.
  • Development of the MC OMNI, an omni-directional drive pick-and-carry crane, setting a new standard in maneuverability and versatility compared to competitors.

A fan of the Indian cricket team and a connoisseur of single malt Scotch, Naveen thrives on strategic thinking and resilience. With a strong leadership background, Craig fosters a culture of quality, safety, and reliability that upholds Bailey’s legacy. A die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan—so much so that everyone in the office knows ”Fly Eagles Fly” by heart—he enjoys unwinding with an iced tea or a Captain & Coke. If given the chance, he’d have lunch with Benjamin Franklin to discuss his visionary ideas on U.S. infrastructure, science, and diplomacy.

Never one to accept “good enough,” he constantly seeks ways to improve efficiency, power systems, and performance. If Nikola Tesla walked into Bailey, Eric would pick his brain on wireless power transfer, regenerative energy, and cleaner electrical design—anything to make Bailey’s machines more advanced and efficient. While he doesn’t follow sports, he’s always up for a Captain and Diet Coke and a conversation about the future of engineering

Keegan Ford designs the electrical and software platforms that power Bailey Specialty Cranes & Aerials’ cutting-edge equipment. With a decade of experience in specialty mobile machin- ery, he has been instrumental in launching advanced control systems for explosion-proof aerial lifts, mini cranes, and custom-engineered solutions. A Milwaukee Bucks season ticket holder, Keegan balances high-tech problem-solving with courtside excitement.
When it’s time to unwind, he reaches for a Breckenridge Reserve Bourbon or a refreshing kombucha. If given the chance, he’d pick the brain of physicist James Maxwell, whose groundbreaking equations connected electricity, magnetism, and light—without the aid of modern labs. Un- derstanding what drives that kind of genius would be just as thrilling as solving the next big engineering challenge.

Rob Sonntag leads the production team at Bailey Specialty Cranes & Aerials, ensuring every machine is built with precision and craftsmanship. With years of manufacturing experience, he keeps operations running smoothly, delivering high-quality, engineered solutions that meet customer demands. A Green Bay Packers fan through and through, Rob enjoys unwinding with a Captain & Coke or casting a line on the water, always ready for the next big catch.
If given the chance, he’d have a long conversation with his great-grandfather, a farmer who lived to 100 and witnessed a world transforming from horse-drawn carriages to moon landings.
